CANCELLATION POLICY

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase by contacting Louise Noir. Cancellation requests are not guaranteed once an order has entered processing or shipped. Preorders canceled within 24 hours are eligible for a refund; after that period, preorder sales are final. Louise Noir reserves the right to cancel and refund any order due to inventory, payment, or fulfillment issues.
