SHIPPING POLICY

ORDER PROCESSING

In-stock orders are processed within 2–4 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Processing time is separate from shipping time. Customers will receive tracking information by email once their order ships.

PREORDERS

Preorder items are produced after orders are collected and will not ship immediately. The estimated shipping window will be displayed on the product page before purchase. If an unexpected delay occurs, Louise Noir will provide an updated shipping estimate and the option to continue waiting or cancel the affected order for a refund.

DELIVERY TIMES

Estimated delivery times begin after an order has been processed and transferred to the carrier. Carrier delays caused by weather, holidays or other circumstances outside our control may occur.

ADDRESS ACCURACY

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Please contact Louise Noir as soon as possible if a correction is needed. Address changes cannot be guaranteed after an order has entered processing or shipped.

LOST, STOLEN OR DELIVERED PACKAGES

Louise Noir is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after the carrier confirms delivery to the address provided at checkout. However, we will make a reasonable effort to assist customers with contacting the shipping carrier and locating the package.

LOCAL DELIVERY

Local delivery may be available for eligible addresses within 20 miles. Louise Noir will make every reasonable effort to hand the order directly to the customer. If authorized by the customer, an order may be left in a safe location. Once the order has been handed to the customer or delivered to the approved location, Louise Noir is not responsible for subsequent loss or theft.

DAMAGED PACKAGES

If an order arrives damaged, please contact Louise Noir within seven days of delivery and include the order number, photographs of the packaging and photographs of the affected item.

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

RETURN WINDOW

Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of confirmed delivery. Contact Louise Noir through the Contact page and include your order number and reason for the return. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

RETURN CONDITIONS

To qualify for a return, merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, unused and returned in its original condition with all tags attached. Items with stains, odors, pet hair, makeup, deodorant marks, damage or signs of wear will not be accepted.

Complete sets must be returned together to qualify for a full-set refund. Individual pieces from a set cannot be returned separately.

RETURN SHIPPING

Customers are responsible for return-shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect, damaged or defective. Original shipping and delivery charges are nonrefundable. Louise Noir is not responsible for return packages lost in transit, so tracked shipping is strongly recommended.

REFUNDS

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned merchandise has been received and inspected. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on the financial institution.

EXCHANGES

Size exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested size is unavailable, the customer may choose a refund or store credit after the original item is returned and approved.

INCORRECT, DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

Please contact Louise Noir within seven days of delivery with the order number and clear photographs. If the claim is approved, Louise Noir will provide a replacement, exchange or refund and cover the necessary return-shipping cost.

PREORDERS

Preorders may be returned after delivery under the same conditions stated in this policy. If Louise Noir cannot ship a preorder within the promised timeframe, customers will be notified and given the choice to accept the revised date or cancel the affected order for a refund.

FINAL-SALE ITEMS

Gift cards and products specifically marked “Final Sale” cannot be returned or exchanged. Launch pricing alone does not make an item final sale.

Louise Noir reserves the right to decline returns that do not meet the requirements stated above.
